To request a refund or for any refund-related queries,

donation details.
At Vidhaivazhi Educational Trust we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all our financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations & Event/Workshop Registrations.
1. Donations
All donations made to Vidhaivazhi Educational Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded, except in the following exceptional circumstances which is the sole discretion of the trust’s decision

The donation was made by mistake or with an incorrect amount

Duplicate donation due to a technical or processing error

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date

Email your request to Vidhaivazhi@gmail.com with details: full name, transaction receipt or screenshot, date, and reason for the request

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days
Refund Request Procedure:
2. Event/Workshop Registrations

If an event or workshop is canceled by the Trust, a full refund will be issued.

If a participant cancels at least 5 days before the event, 80% of the fee will be refunded.

No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event.
3. Refund Method

Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original mode of payment or by cash/cheque/UPI/DD/Bank transfer within 15 working days after approval.
